our Story

Chef Samuel Maudet came to Canada in 2003 from France after meeting his Canadian girlfriend, whom he had met and worked with at Walt Disney World Florida in 1999.

Samuel and Christina moved to Lachine with their children in 2012 and are proud to call Lachine home.

With over 20 years experience as a culinary chef, Samuel has been studying the “art of bread” and is very passionate about this new adventure…  Au Bout Là-Bas

We are excited to offer traditional homemade bread, pastries and delicious food to our community.

Opening November 5th, 2022 in Lachine, we will offer a variety of fresh homemade baguettes and bread. 

Along with coffee, fresh croissants & pastries you will also be able to pick up a variety of sandwiches, salads & pre-prepared meals to take home & enjoy with your family.
